I have been using Full Slate since 2013 and it worked great and was very user friendly.
Last year there was a minor issue that I can’t even remember what it was.
On April 11 ,2017, the decided to do some updates to their login systems. I logged on that night about 10 pm Pacific Time and there was an error message stating the site was down for maintenance. At about midnight, I checked again only to find I could not login at all. Having clients the next day, I stayed up to try to fix it.
It took me about an hour but I finally figured out that I needed to change the password. I could only do that on the computer, not on my phone through the mobile site which I usually access my account through.
I posted on their Facebook page alerting them to the problems. I found a post on Facebook announcing the change….but hmm…. do you think they could have emailed us to tell us of the changes and what we were supposed to do?
I guess I was one of the lucky one’s who changed my password immediately and didn’t have any further problems. After that their whole system was in chaos for over 3 weeks. Not good for someone who’s livelihood depends on a service.
We did eventually get an email explaining the situation and that they were sorry…but still no mention of compensation.
